Nusa Utama Sdn Bhd (Co No.466265-A) “NUSB”, was incorporated on 24th July 1998 as a property development company.
The shareholders of NUSB are Skopwamg Property Ventures Sdn Bhd (51%) and Mega Grand Sdn Bhd (49%). Our maiden project is Taman Nusa Perintis II (TNP-II) – a 80 acres mixed development which forms part of the prestigious Bandar Nusajaya development adjacent to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Expressway. Strategically located and further enhanced by its state-of-art information, it has become much sought after development site among prominent developers.
TNP-II commenced on December 1998 and fully completed with CFO in February 2004. A total of 747 units of double storey terrace house, 93 units double storey shop office, and two blocks of budget hotel with combined value of RM149 million was completely sold and delivered within 5 years.
Taman Laguna @ Kg Sungai Danga – is the second project in Johor Bahru, It is commenced on December 2006 and fully completed with CCC in January 2014. A total of 394 units of double storey terrace house (26’x80’/28’x90’) and 60 units of double storey semi detached house (46’x95’/45’x100’) with total sales revenue of RM252.48 million.

Mr Soon Hoe Chuan
Managing Director
He is a graduate of Singapore Polytechnic and a registered Civil Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia. He has over 40 years of working experience in property development, both as a consultant and a developer. Besides managing NUSB, he is also a director of other group of companies specializing in property development and is also a Project Advisor to the Glomac Group of Companies.
Mr Fong Loong Cheong
Executive Director
He holds a B.Sc (Hons.) and a Master in Mechanical Engineering and he is also a director for other group of companies in the similar field. Mr Fong has been closely knit with Glomac Berhad. That has allow him to use his expertise in both the development and construction line. Currently Glomac is a major name in the property development and has made a name for themselves as the “King” of Kelana Jaya.
Datuk Astaman Bin Abdul Aziz,
Director
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from King’s College, London University and whose working experience spread from power generator, telecommunication to property development.
Mr Charles Lew Foon Keong
Director
He is an investment banker with more than 30 years experience in banking and finance. He has a degree in Finance and an MSc in Management Science from Imperial College, University of London. He is on the board of RHB Investment Bank and RHB Islamic Bank as an independent non-executive director and is the Chairman of Hastings Rare Metals Limited.
Mr Ahmad Arif Bin Astaman
Director
En Ahmad Arif is a legal adviser by profession and received his degree in Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University Of London, United Kingdom in July 2001, and it also a holder of the Malaysian Certificate of Legal Practice. He started his career as Junior Legal Adviser for the Public Complaints and Charity Bureau of the Federal Territory UMNO Liaison Office in September 2001 and received his initial legal training with Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co. before joining Skopwang (M) Sdn Bhd, in February 2003. He has since been seconded to Wilayah Arms Sdn.Bhd., a licensed firearms and ammunition dealer and subsidiary of Skopwang (M) Sdn.Bhd., and was made a director of both companies in April 2005. He was appointed a director of Nusa Utama Sdn Bhd, in May 2005 as a nominee of the holding company.
